How To Start a Return:

Please know that all returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase. Also, all returned items must be unopened, unused, and in new condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our friendly customer care department at Hello@Suppello.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in a bubble envelope or box with your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We also strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email notifying you that your item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, please allow at least (5-7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note, depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office, as packages are sometimes scanned early or delivered to the wrong address. Once a package is marked as delivered, Suppello is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In these cases, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS to file a claim or get additional delivery information.
